During her time on council, she voted NO on the proposed Lifetime Fitness Center, demonstrating that she prioritizes reason and residents’ voices. Over her 12-year tenure on the GVCA board, Anita served as a watch dog and advocate for north Poway residents, including a successful opposition to the Maderas Hotel ballot measure.
